Tampere Public Transport: Many local buses stop near Tullikamari. The nearest bus stops are on Itsenäisyydenkatu and Yliopistonkatu and next to the railway station. For timetables, routes and journey planner, please see the Tampere public transport website

Long-distance coaches: There’s approximately a 1 km walk from the Tampere coach station to Tullikamari.

Trains: Tullikamari is located right next to the railway station.

Airport: The Tampere-Pirkkala Airport is located Pirkkala approximately 17 km from the centre of Tampere. You can reach the Tampere city centre from the airport by bus 1A. More information on Finavia website.

Parking: We recommend arriving to Tullikamari by foot, bicycle or by public transport. For those arriving by car, there are several parking garages in near Tullikamari, such as P-Hämppi and P-Tullintori.

Klubi Lunch Pass: Get one stamp per lunch, every 10th lunch for free!

Both Pakkahuone and Klubi are easily accessible by mobility equipment. The main entrance of Pakkahuone is located on the side of the railway station and it is accessible by car. The cloakroom and accessible toilet facilities are located downstairs from where there’s a lift to the upstairs concert space. Please note that some mobility aids may not fit into the lift. Please get in touch with us in advance, and we’ll come up with the solution for you. At concerts, there is space reserved on the left side of the front row for customers with mobility equipment and for their assistants. We ask all mobility equipment users to use this space for safety reasons. If you need more time to get settled in your place, there is a possibility enter Pakkahuone before the event starts, if you get in touch with us in advance.

The main entrance of Klubi on Itsenäisyydenkatu is also easily accessible by mobility equipment via a ramp. There is an accessible toilet at Klubi.

Customers assistants usually enter for free to Pakkahuone and Klubi. Where necessary, we can ask a customer to certify a need for assistant with EU Disability Card for example. Please don’t hesitate to contact us by email with any concerns or questions.

The age limit for concerts at Klubi and Pakkahuone is usually 18 years. Some concerts can be attended by minors. The age limit does not normally apply to public daytime events. Please see the programme calendar for more information.

Tickets are sold in advance for most events at Tullikamari. Tickets to Pakkahuone are sold online at Tiketti and Lippupiste. Tickets to Klubi are sold online at Tiketti. Advance tickets include service and commission fees.

Links to buying advance tickets are included in the programme calendar, as well as information on sold-out events. If an event is sold out, tickets can’t be bought at door either. We inform you of possible exceptions on our website and social media channels.

The advance tickets can be marked with S, K15, or K18. If a minor person enters with a ticket marked K18, it does not allow them access to the area where alcohol is served without a valid ID. Respectively, if a person over 18 years old has by accident bought a ticket marked with S, they can enter the area where alcohol is served with a valid ID. The age limits of advance tickets indicate the expected median age of the public, and thus help us reserve suitable spaces for serving alcohol and for minor customers.

Klubi: The showtime of the main act at Klubi on Mondays to Thursdays is latest at 9 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays at 10 pm. Pakkahuone: The showtime of the main act varies according to the nature of the event, day of the week and the number of other performers.

We recommend protecting your hearing at concerts.

As a rule, systems cameras and all recording on any device is prohibited without an appropriate permission. Taking photos with a pocket camera or a mobile phone is usually allowed but can be prohibited due to the artist’s wishes or the nature of the event. 

FOR MEDIA: Event organizers are responsible for event accreditations. We ask the press representatives to contact the event organizers directly or us at pakkahuone (a), and we’ll forward your request.

Items lost and found at Pakkahuone and Klubi are taken to Pirkanmaan löytötavaratoimisto, where you can inquire after them at tel. 0600 300 758. More information at Pirkanmaan löytötavaratoimisto website.

It is forbidden to bring the following items to events at Tullikamari:

  • firearms, knives, chains, explosives, fireworks and torches
  • backpacks, large suitcases or bags
  • umbrellas or other objects that hinder visibility
  • systems cameras or video cameras without an appropriate permission obtained in advance
  • food or drink

Please be prepared to show the contents of your bag to the security personnel when requested. The above list may change due to new safety regulations or the requests of performing artists.

 Anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies

Tullikamari is a non-discriminatory place. Harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated based on factors as one's sexuality, gender or ethnic background for example. If you encounter harassment, discrimination, threat or other problematic situations or feelings, contact a staffmember or the harrasment contact person. Guidelines for safer space:

  1. Everyone is equally valuable to us. If you discriminate against others or treat others with disrespect, you may be removed from the situation.

  2. Don't assume. You cannot assume another person's gender, sexuality, ability to function, wealth or background by looking.

  3. Respect the integrity of the other. You must not touch others without permission.

  4. Violent behavior leads to removal from the space and to criminal sanctions.

  5. If you experience discrimination, threats, harassment or see someone behaving dangerously, contact the staff. We promise to intervene and help you get out of the situation safely.

  6. Our staff and performers have the same rights and obligations as our guests. They are there for you. Respect them as well and don't hesitate to ask for help if needed.

The concerts at Pakkahuone are usually not seated. Seated concerts are mentioned separately in the programme listing. At Klubi, there is both standing room and seats.

Tullikamari is managed by Tampereen Kulttuurikamari Oy. The building dates back to 1901 and is owned by the City of Tampere. It was handed over for its current purpose in 1988. Since then, Pakkahuone has greeted many legends of live music. Bands such as The Ramones, The Cardigans, Black Sabbath and Kent, as well as all Finnish top artists have experienced the palpable live atmosphere of Tampere on the stage of the legendary Pakkahuone. Tullikamarin Klubi is one of the most prestigious concert venues in Finland with over 400 shows by Finnish and international artist of all genres each year.

Tullikamari has now been on the forefront of live music and culture for over 30 years. During that time, it has developed into renowned Finnish concert venue and event centre. The total number of yearly visitors to Pakkahuone and Klubi is nearly 250,000.

At Pakkahuone the cloakroom service fee is 3 € / person. At Klubi the cloakroom service fee is included in the ticket prices, thus we do not charge separately for it (possible exceptions mentioned in the program calendar). Please note that outdoor clothing, backpacks and any heavy or large belongings must be left at the cloakroom.
